Reset HP Probook with Internal / non-removable battery

Many times in the past I have asked users to unplug their laptop and remove the battery which takes care of many power related laptop issues.  The problem is many of today's modern laptops include a non-removable battery.   This means you can't simply remove the battery to reset the laptop.   Instead try the following, which works for most laptops including the HP Probook G4 series.  

• Unplug the power from the laptop

• Press and hold the power button for 20 - 30 seconds

• Plug the power back in and press the power button once to turn back on

This this doesn't work it is not a simple fix and an service ticket should be created.
